Bubba, what happen to your camra did it get crushed on your trick dismount, no pictures yet. What was the trail # were 3 of the riders had a meet and greet with the ground, the one with the camper in the way??

That would have been trail 18. I usually get to 18 from the fork at 16 where the hill is but there is a little rough place just below the fork on 18. I figured I would hear too much complaining about it so that is why I came in to 18 from the gravel road. That place is not as bad as the one we avoided.

Corndog, my brother, where have you been? We have certainly missed you! Pup must be a full growed bodawg by now! Roho has been asking me about the infamous "knob", the birthplace of "Team Emerson"!  Anyone game for going back up there one more time? We can always go up the back way, which is easier, hell there ain't no easy way up there! Well, I might as well come clean as to "Uncle Lumus" Roho drank it all the night before around the fire with Missy and Gene! Security was a lot better at the Campgound as "38 Longs" did not make an appearance or unveiling this time. We did have the door baracaded just in case! Im down for whatever gunny, and PROMISE to make it this time...finances got outta whack before this last trip, cause of the dentist....now i got more porcelin that a friggin toilet!
The knob is certainly an adventure, or perhaps some place we've never been as a team. Ive never been to Houston, or Oakey up in Rabun county. Kentuck is pretty fun, as mudwarrior and i have been a couple or 3 times.... 2005 Honda Rincon 650. |

I still have the trusty PoPo..
Nick has of course, outgrown the little rocket quad.. and I actually gave him the 600 Sportsman.. he doesn't like it though.. says it ain't fast enough!! I would like to put him on a Renegade.... LOL... I am looking into getting him a Sport quad, or at least a Scrambler... as that is what he wants... I have been busy racing Autocross... HEY HERE GOLDEN BEAR, the camera is in good shape... it ventured thru "the crash" better than I did,.... (OH MY HAND!!!!!!) I'll have some pictures and video out soon... I really havent had time to fool with any of my editing stuff.... its kinda hard typing one-handed.... but the hand is a bit better but still swollen like a balloon... lets go do that trail(18?) again... I wanna try it again.... After only 4 beers Wednesday, I slipped off of a log cutting a large tree that fell in the storm the other day and broke my foot! We were about 10' up in the air and I landed in a bunch of cut limbs. In a walking boot for 6 weeks with crutches.
