These are the annual ATV sales figures in each state as
reported by an industry publication called the Dealer
News. The magazine is sent to all the motorcycle and ATV
dealerships throughout the country. These 2005 numbers
are based on available data up to this point and include
a forecast estimate for the remainder of the year. This
list does not tell us how many ATVs are actually owned by
the residents of those states, but it does provide relative
information for a comparison's sake.

Hi Trapper - are these numbers in millions / example Vermont 3,228 - can you get an Atv for that price? Or am I missing something?

Bet a bunch of them are just for work and farming, funny though new york sold more than most of the states that have great places to ride them.

Anyone here from Rhode Island?

I dont see how some of those numbers can be right. like SC only sold that many. its right next to georgia and I know alot of people that has went to SC to buy one to save on tax....
