HI GUYS,
my honda recon started flowing fuel out of overflow tube. i took carb off thinking it was the needle valve. im going to clean it good and install. when i was taking bowl off and taking jets out i noticed there is one jet that goes in the intake side that has like little grooves in the top part of the jet where the screw head is.. it installs with a spring in it. how tight do i tighten that screw. when i took it out it was very loose. any help

that should be the idle circuit, try 1.5 turns out from lightly bottomed to start with.
