Hi I have a ram 50cc,think its called kasea skyhawk 50 in America. Have it for 6 years with no hassle but now it wont satrt,I can get it started with a bit of petrol on top the piston but it dies after a few seconds of revving. Any ideas whats wrong? Thanks

If it runs like that its a fuel delivery problem, if it has set up for a extended time then the carb is probly gummed up, or could be a stoped fuel filter, bad fuel, or bad fuel pump its hard to say,

Thanks for that. I've cleaned out the carb a few times and still the same. Any idea if carbs stop working on them?

The problem is the jets get clogged up, they have such small holes its nearly impossible to get them clean but you might try removing the main and idle jets and boiling them in hot water to clean them out.
