Ok this is still in the works. Here in Tennessee we have a place called the Gulf. It's on the mountain near Tracy City. Once it use to be anyone could ride. Now Mossy Oak and/or Buckmasters has bought the land and leased some more. Now they are charging to ride. $25 day pass per vehicle and $100 for 1 yr. membership. All this was passed 2 weeks ago and were still gettin all the info on it. I've been there and its pretty cool. They are redoing the roads and now there is limitations. If you are caught without a pass your vehicle get compounded and you pay a fine. 4 wheel drive vehicles have certain trails that you can ride on only. ATV's can go just about anywhere. I think it shuts down for awhile at hunting season (not sure yet). Its being maintained by the hunting association. I get more info and keep ya updated.
