i have an 07 sportsman 500 efi and was wondering if anyone knows if a snorkel kit is available or if i can make one myself.allso i only have 90 miles on my machine and the clutch is noisy on hard acceleration,kind of a chatter,allmost like a bad lifter in a car sound. i know it's not the engine cause i rev it in neutral and no sound. dealer says it's "probably" normal but won't test drive it.says it's hard to get money out of polaris so if he can't find anything wrong he'll charge me 80 bucks an hour shop time.any suggestions would put my mind at ease when i want to go for a long ride soon. thanx

Try another dealer, polaris will fix under warranty, as to snorkels try highlifer forums they have big time polaris mudders on there that could tell you .
