Hi,
I had recently bought a 1992 Quadrunner and it has a bad starter so I have to Hand start it but the worst thing is that It keeps stalling, I took a look at the spark plug and It is black so I figured that it was running rich, so I opened the carb took out the needle and moved the pin up one by one until it reached the top, but it still stalls and the spark plug still turns black, anyone got any idea's on what to do?

adusting the needle only effects the mid range, adjust the air screw and idle screw to get it to stop stalling
