I've been hooked on mud riding since I upgraded to my Foreman. I love to slip and slide down the trails. I also love it when I can go through a mudhole that a guy just tried and failed. That's the best. The only bad thing about it, is I'm the one who has to clean up all the muddy clothes. It's not so easy when there is 3 of us to clean up after.

I was reading some of the old posts and I had to comment on this. Our family all loves riding and getting dirty, but I am the one stuck washing the clothes. Last year, I began doing market tests for various household products and laundry detergent was one of them. Now I get paid to play in the dirt and mud to test thier laundry products (an sometimes they even supply the clothing!) Let me know if anyone wants to participate when the next one comes along.

So what is the best product. SO far we go to the dollar tree and by a product called AWSOME. It is only a dollar a bottle and works great. You can put it in your washer, dilute it and clean windows. My husband even cleans the wheelers with it. I just don;t let him put it on the rhino's plastics. It will take the sheen off. BUt we use it on the engine and the tires.

I wish I knew what it was called. Typically, they don't tell us what the name of the detergent is. There was one that got really muddy stains out of a white sweatshirt I was wearing. I've never tried any of the soap out on our rides, just our clothes. Maybe next time, they're supposed to send me the next batch in about two weeks.

Oh well, it's still the most fun running through the mud. With all of this hot weather, it's the only way to cool down.

Not sure if any detergent would get those "skid marks" out.

You are lucky, MudCon's Girl! My husband tried to do the laudry years ago and screwed it up (probably on purpose) Since then, I handle the washing and he handles the folding, the whole family gets dirty though.
